Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Executive Support & Administration 📍Calendar & Time Management: 📍Manage complex calendars for the leadership team — prioritize high-value meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure executives are fully briefed in advance. 📍Meeting Coordination: 📍Schedule and coordinate key studio-wide events and cross-functional team meetings; ensure agendas, logistics, and action items are handled. 📍Administrative Systems: 📍Maintain organized workflows, filing systems, and ensure timely access to documents and operational information.
