Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including technical articles, user guides, API documentation, and other instructional materials. šOrganize, structure, and format documentation using GitBook, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience. šCollaborate with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather accurate technical details and verify content accuracy. šConduct light quality assurance on documentation to ensure all guides and materials are clear, error-free, and work as intended. šWork closely with the marketing team to align technical documentation with brand narratives and communication strategies. šStay updated with trends in DeFi, LSDFi, data oracles, and the Web3 landscape to keep documentation relevant and up-to-date. šGather and incorporate feedback from users and developers to continuously enhance documentation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
šProven experience as a Technical Writer in the crypto or Web3 industry, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. šStrong understanding of DeFi and Web3 technologies, with the ability to simplify complex topics. šExperience producing world class technical guides and gitbooks. š Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in maintaining accuracy and coherence. šExperience dealing with developer community feedback. šCollaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a remote work environment. šAvailability to work primarily within UAE business hours.
