What You'll Need
šA minimum of 3 years of in-house recruitment experience, focusing on non-technical roles within the Web3 industry. šExtensive knowledge and expertise in the Web3 space. šSkilled in sourcing, screening, and successfully hiring candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. šDemonstrated experience managing internal tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Notion). šProven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and progress updates.
