What you will do:

📍Coordinate all Turkish-based communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle. 📍Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate. 📍Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Turkish market. 📍Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when. 📍Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets. 📍Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base. 📍Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
