Job Summary
The opportunity
šDevelop marketing strategies to bolster Krakenās market share in region, while working with cross-functional teams to execute. šGrow new users in-region and improve performance across their customer lifecycle including initial onboarding, trading, and growth across Krakenās product suite. šLeverage global campaigns, creatives, content, and brand guidelines to localize according to the preferences of regional audiences. šDevelop local-first ideas that uniquely position Krakenās brand and persuade potential customers to take our calls to action. šRoll your sleeves up - this may include producing content, planning/managing events, bolstering Kraken web pages, localizing ads, managing local social media handles, representing Kraken in PR and interviews, and much more. We are looking for versatile marketers that can work with others and do it themselves when necessary. šMeasure results; work with our data to understand marketing performance and make recommendations to adjust for greater effectiveness. šAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills you should HODL
š7+ years in a marketing role where you autonomously developed marketing/growth strategies and delivered successful campaigns. šA proven track record in growing new users in a highly competitive environment. šRegional expertise (language, culture, etc) for this geography. Additional country expertise is a bonus. šAdvanced crypto knowledge including how crypto products work, crypto revenue models, and the crypto players in your region. šExperience with marketing in a regulated business, preferably in financial services. šStrong knowledge of marketing analytics including key ratios and performance metrics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing. Proven use of analytical tools and MarTech.
