Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
📍Strategic Marketing Leadership: 📍Advise management on the strategic direction of the company’s marketing efforts. 📍Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives. 📍Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. 📍develop and deliver performance tracking of marketing activities to present to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
📍5+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in the digital asset space. 📍Demonstrated experience working with institutional clients. 📍Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 📍Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 📍Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail. 📍Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry. 📍Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus 📍A deep understanding of the current regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets. 📍A creative spark for developing engaging content formats (e.g., webinars, podcasts).
