Job Summary

What will you be doing in this role?

šŸ“Manage, install, configure systems, as well as write basic scripts if required, update, patch, monitor and maintain systems hosted by the client whether on premises or in the cloud. šŸ“Perform system maintenance through analysis of error logs, creating backups, and monitoring system performance to prevent crashes and slowdowns šŸ“Provide recommendations for infrastructure and architecture improvements to ensure systems remain secure and efficient. šŸ“Install, configure and manage Linux OS applications, services and databases. šŸ“Assist with systems monitoring and troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintaining system security, and performing testing after patching, preferably through automation. šŸ“Implement policies and IT Strategy, taking remediation actions as documented in security assessment reports. šŸ“Proactively maintain and develop Linux infrastructure. Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments. šŸ“Networks administration, engineering and architecture šŸ“Basic knowledge and professional experience in networking, engineering and secure architecture are required for networks administration

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team? šŸ“Have at least a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent šŸ“Posses a RHCE certification (Red Hat Certified Engineer) šŸ“At least 5 years of professional experience and expertise in in infrastructure management, network management, facilities management, conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments šŸ“Previous working experience of a minimum 5 years as a Linux Administrator šŸ“Systems administration (Linux) skills with emphasis on automation: Applications administration, Network administration, Project Management, Critical thinking, Time management, Problem solving and troubleshooting, Documentation and Reporting , Communication skills šŸ“Hands on experience with automation, preferably utilizing Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform šŸ“Working knowledge of Ansible, Ansible Tower, RH Satellite, RH-SSO, MySQL and MariaDB clusters šŸ“Extensive experience with RH-SSO/ Keycloak šŸ“Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 leve
