Job Summary
Please note - this role is a full time onsite position in our office in Tel Aviv.
📍In this role, you’ll: 📍Oversee day-to-day office maintenance and operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment 📍Responsible for all office logistics, vendors, and supplies, building relationships with building staff regarding office operations, including repairs, maintenance, vendors, visitors, and others 📍Welcoming Guests, Company employees, Job candidates, etc. to the office 📍Plan and execute internal events, team-related activities, get-togethers, and celebrations to foster a positive company culture & experience 📍Work cross-functionally with other teams, including EA’s, Business Technology, Security, and Accounting, to ensure smooth office operations 📍Manage employee inquiries and requests via Jira management system 📍Manage our Tel Aviv office budget in alignment with team goals and annual planning
