Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šProject Management ā New Office Renovation: šCoordinate the full lifecycle of the office/staff hostel renovation project. šLiaise with contractors, designers, architects, and IT providers to ensure timely execution. šMonitor project timeline, budget, and quality standards šManage vendor contracts, quotations, and procurement of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. šWork closely with leadership to ensure design aligns with brand, team needs, and functional goals. šOrganize logistics for relocation, including packing, IT setup, and staff communication. šAdministrative & Operational Support: šOversee daily administrative operations, office supplies, vendor management, and general upkeep. šServe as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners for all office-related matters. šDevelop and implement office procedures and policies to support operational efficiency. šManage office budgets šCoordinate team events, travel arrangements, and internal communications. šProvide administrative support to management, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination. šMaintain digital and physical filing systems and oversee document control. šAny other ad hoc duties
How you will stand out:
šExperience in office administration and project coordination or management. šStrong organizational and multitasking skills šExcellent communication and negotiation skills. šFamiliarity with renovation or relocation projects is a strong advantage.
