Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Conduct in-depth research on blockchain ecosystems (L1s, L2s, major dApps, etc.) to uncover growth opportunities. 📍Identify and source promising projects or partners that can help drive wallet user growth. 📍Support partnership outreach, pitch preparation, negotiations, and deal execution. 📍Coordinate follow-ups and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure long-term impact. 📍Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and analytics to align on growth goals and measure performance. 📍Monitor industry trends and provide insight into emerging technologies and user behaviors.
Requirements
📍Strong passion for crypto and Web3 with a solid understanding of the ecosystem. 📍High level of execution and ownership — you move fast, take initiative, and follow through. 📍Fast learner with strong curiosity and adaptability in a changing environment. 📍Excellent research, synthesis, and analytical thinking skills. 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 📍Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. 📍Previous experience in BD, crypto investment research, or a Web3 internship is a plus.
