Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Define and execute WoW’s business development strategy across Web3 and IRL channels 📍Build, lead, and manage the BD team with clear goals and KPIs 📍Identify and close strategic partnerships that grow revenue and brand visibility 📍Secure sponsorships and collaborations for WoW’s in-person events and global experiences 📍Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to deliver value to holders and new audiences 📍Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to deliver value to holders and new audiences 📍Represent WoW at industry events and foster relationships with top Web3 players and partners
What you’ll need
📍Experience in business development, partnerships, or driving strategic growth 📍Strong track record of generating new revenue streams and securing sponsorships for in-person events 📍Brings a well-established network of relevant contacts across Web3, consumer brands, media, and strategic partners 📍Proven experience leading teams and driving BD strategy from ideation to execution 📍Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and build long-term, strategic partnerships 📍Deep expertise in Web3, NFTs, or community-led consumer brands is essential 📍Strong grasp of the Web3 landscape, community dynamics, and the power of storytelling
