Job Summary
What You’ll Do:
📍Collaborate with sales and senior engineering teams to provide technical support during the pre-sales and post sales process. 📍Engage directly with customers to assess needs, answer technical questions, and support deployment of wireless networking solutions. 📍Assist in designing Wi-Fi solutions using tools and site survey data to ensure optimal performance. 📍Perform basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks, analyze logs, or customize configurations. 📍Troubleshoot wireless networking issues on-site or remotely and provide technical recommendations. 📍Document customer requirements, deployment plans, and model usage for potential deployments. 📍Stay up to date with emerging Wi-Fi standards, wireless technologies, and product updates, and the Helium Network rules/governance.
Required Qualifications
📍Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience. 📍Understanding of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, RF fundamentals, and common wireless troubleshooting methods. 📍Basic experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. 📍Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Passpoint/Hotspot 2.0 etc.). 📍Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 📍Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude. 📍Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
