Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCalendar Management: Manage the schedule for various important meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize conflicting demands and ensure optimal use of time. šCommunication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately. Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the executive team. šMeeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site. Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials as needed. Attend meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. šTravel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries for the some executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. Anticipate travel-related needs and provide comprehensive support throughout trips. šConfidentiality: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company matters, strategic plans, and executive discussions.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. šProven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a technology or corporate environment. šExcellent organizing and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. šStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism. šProficiency in various software such as Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications. šDiscretion and integrity in handling confidential information. šAbility to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve independently. šFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. šPositive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to collaborate with a diverse team.
