Job Summary
You will be directly responsible for:
šSetting and achieving ambitious, high-impact business goals that align with the company's overall objectives. šOwning, cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships with leading global organizations, particularly digital asset exchanges and on-ramps, to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Aptos ecosystem. šLeading the execution and providing strategic oversight for commercial agreements with a diverse range of ecosystem partners, driving the utilization of Aptosās suite of products and services. šDesigning, implementing, and managing a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at maximizing ROI from crypto asset exchange initiatives. šInnovating partnership models that effectively combine Aptosās strengths with those of our partners to drive substantial business growth. šBringing a high level of strategic and operational discipline to the Global Ecosystem team.
What you'll work on:
šCollaborate closely with Aptos leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a robust go-to-market and partnership strategy tailored for key digital asset exchanges. šDrive the origination and management of a diverse portfolio of partnership opportunities, ensuring sustained momentum and successful execution of GTM plans for strategic initiatives. šCreate and refine partnership strategies aimed at boosting adoption of Aptosās ecosystem solutions and identifying opportunities for beta product validation. šPartner with Aptosās product and business teams to customize Aptosās offerings to meet the specific needs of exchange partners. šEstablish and nurture executive-level relationships with key decision-makers within exchange ecosystems to deepen and expand these critical partnerships. šDeliver market insights and strategic feedback to Aptosās leadership, helping to shape product and business strategies. šWork in close coordination with XFN teams to validate market hypotheses, create go-to-market strategies, and secure deals with top-tier exchange partners. šFoster a team culture that embodies high integrity, collaboration, customer focus, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive, optimistic approach. šIdentify and spearhead the development of new programs, resources, and capabilities essential for capturing new business opportunities and meeting company-level OKRs.
