Job Summary
Requirements:
📍Understanding of Unit Economics, Analytics, and Metrics: 📍Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. 📍Experience with analytical and reporting tools. 📍 Understanding of Market and Target Audience Needs: 📍Knowledge of blockchain technologies, decentralization, cryptocurrencies, including staking, DeFi. 📍Familiarity with the TON ecosystem is a significant plus. 📍 Experience in Building a Brand and Growing an Audience: 📍Proven experience in creating and promoting a company's brand. 📍Deep understanding and practical experience using gamification tools to enhance user engagement and retention. 📍Experience in building and growing a large audience on social media and other media platforms. 📍Ability to generate buzz and maintain a high level of audience engagement. 📍Developing Company Marketing Strategy: 📍Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract users and build a customer community. 📍Experience in content creation and management, including social media, blogs, forums, and media platforms. 📍Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly changing environment. 📍 Management Experience: 📍Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C-level marketing positions, preferably in startups or technology companies. 📍Institutional experience will be an advantage. 📍 Professional Language Skills: 📍Proficient in English, both written and spoken. 📍Knowledge of Russian will be an added advantage.
