YOUR TASKS
Execution: Hands-on sales by convincing new clients to work with us šResponsibility for the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to close šTest and implement ways to generate new outbound leads šProactive contact with decision makers via phone, email and social media šPreparation and development of sales and RFP materials šCarrying out demos, negotiation, contract conclusion and support with implementation šPreparation of call scripts and templates šOrganization of sales academies to train sales staff šStrategy: Support in setting up our B2B sales organization šDevelopment of a market and product-based lead scoring for potential customers šDefinition and structuring of a data-driven / KPI-based lead funnel šBuild, train and lead a team of sales people šPresenting our product at industry related trade shows and conferences šEstablishing partnerships and collaborating with industry influencers šCoordinated with our marketing team to generate multiple inbound leads šResearch into customer needs and development of solution approaches together with our product team
YOUR PROFILE
šWhat is your impact šSales is the most important area to scale our product & organization. You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them to solve their problems. By doing it yourself, you scale our sales and the entire company. You will work directly with the founders, helping shape the product and helping us bring value to our customers while preparing our organization for further scaling. what you bring šYou are motivated to build something new with us and don't hesitate to get involved šYou have excellent written and oral communication skills in German šYou like to talk to customers and work conscientiously so that customers can rely on you šYou have initial experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in an industrial or technical environment šYou have successfully completed your studies or comparable training in the field of economics, technology or similar šYou already have some experience in dealing with CRM systems and sales figures šYou are bilingual English- German and have an existing work permit for the EU/Germany We know that nobody is perfect and therefore have no specific "minimum qualifications".
