Project Scope

📍Market Analysis & Segmentation: Identify new market verticals and customer segments for QuickNode products. Support TAM/SAM/SOM models and GTM prioritization. 📍Customer Journey Mapping & Funnel Optimization: Analyze sales and marketing funnels to identify friction points, propose improvements, and work with marketing/product to test campaigns. 📍Partnership Sourcing & Outreach Strategy: Research high-value partners (in fintech, gaming, data, dev tools, etc.) and support the outreach, pitch, and deal-tracking process. 📍Sales Enablement Toolkit: Build internal assets (competitive battle cards, case studies, pitch decks, etc.) to support the sales team on strategic accounts. 📍Product Feedback Loops: Coordinate interviews or surveys with users to gather feedback on messaging, onboarding experience, and product-market fit.

Pre-Requisites

📍Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, or background in business, economics, marketing, or product management 📍Excellent analytical and communication skills—comfortable building slide decks and presenting to stakeholders 📍Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment 📍Strong interest in Web3, emerging technology, or infrastructure 📍Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot/Salesforce, and basic slide design
