Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍You’ll be assisting with operating and scaling the AVS business development machine. This role requires providing essential support for AVS projects from incubation to their mainnet launch.
📍Responsibilities include:
📍Acting as the first point of contact for all AVS customers
📍Analyzing customer needs and providing high-touch, tailored solutions
📍Maintaining ongoing support for existing AVS customers and providing Product and Engineering teams with user feedback to strengthen and develop product roadmap
📍Documenting, tracking, and analyzing customer pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) and business intelligence tools
What you’ll bring
📍3+ years of experience working in an account management role 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology, dApps, and staking 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers 📍Experience with CRM and BI platforms 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills
