Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šLead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. šDrive initiatives for talent management, diversity, and a positive workplace culture. šIdentifies key performance indicators for the companyās human resource and talent management functions. šDesign and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Optimize total rewards to attract and retain top talent. šEnsures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. šFormulate and implement the organizationās staffing and human resource department budgets. šCollaborates with executive leadership to define the organizationās long-term mission and goals and align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and solutions to drive organizational success. šIdentifies ways to support this mission through talent management, such as learning and development. šDevelop and manage comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with Pintuās values. šCreate plans to address identified issues and implement changes in processes, policies, and systems to enhance organizational performance.
Who we are looking for:
šBachelorās degree and at least 8+ years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter. šExperience operating with senior/executive management teams. šGrowth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can-do attitude, assertive, šA data-driven person with strong analytics. šExcellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. šStrong ability to analyze, and understand data. šPeople enthusiast and strong in employer branding. šExperience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS). šGood knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws. šHaving interest in crypto-related industry.
