Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for both technical (engineering) and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent quickly and efficiently. šŸ“Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. šŸ“Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple positions simultaneously. šŸ“Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications. šŸ“Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications. šŸ“Utilise various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates. šŸ“Maintain accurate and organised candidate records and recruitment reports. šŸ“Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. šŸ“Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and hiring needs. šŸ“Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a startup environment. šŸ“Manage high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining a high standard of quality. šŸ“Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

šŸ“Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hiring tech and non-tech professionals. šŸ“Proven experience in the software development industry is highly desirable. šŸ“Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Ability to work independently and efficiently in a startup environment. šŸ“Proven experience in hiring engineering roles at a good pace. šŸ“Immediate availability to join the team. šŸ“Additional experience in HR operations is a plus
