Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for both global and local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. 📍Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles. 📍Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process. 📍Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process. 📍Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the company’s hiring strategy. 📍Work on both high-priority global and local hiring needs, while also managing multiple requisitions across different time zones and regions.
Requirements
📍Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing top talent. 📍Extensive experience in sourcing candidates for both global and local positions. 📍Ability to work closely with hiring managers and align recruitment efforts with organizational needs. 📍Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. 📍Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.). 📍Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
