Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Supporting the company's HR and Talent Acquisition function in full-cycle recruitment process; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. šŸ“Partner with HR, leadership teams and hiring managers to understand the workforce needs, and develop job adverts and role profiles šŸ“Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. šŸ“Engage and provide seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout their application process šŸ“Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in recruitment tools to continuously improve operations and processes šŸ“Collaborate with HR operations for employee related matter to onboarding, off-boarding employee relations, and internal transfer administration šŸ“Coordinate with internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties and support HR with employee queries šŸ“Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms šŸ“Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations šŸ“Vetting candidates background checks -- including Right to Work, DBS checks and reference checks šŸ“Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular metrics reports šŸ“Support HR strategic projects and ad-hoc staff activities/events as needed

Qualifications

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. šŸ“5+ years of proven records in recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced industry šŸ“Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with a knack to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders šŸ“Strong organizational skills, with keen eye for details and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. šŸ“Experience working with niche roles across international markets is an advantage. High-energy and passion šŸ“Proficient in ATS and HR softwarers
