Responsibilities

📍Supporting the company's HR and Talent Acquisition function in full-cycle recruitment process; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. 📍Partner with HR, leadership teams and hiring managers to understand the workforce needs, and develop job adverts and role profiles 📍Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 📍Engage and provide seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout their application process 📍Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in recruitment tools to continuously improve operations and processes 📍Collaborate with HR operations for employee related matter to onboarding, off-boarding employee relations, and internal transfer administration 📍Coordinate with internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties and support HR with employee queries 📍Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms 📍Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations 📍Vetting candidates background checks -- including Right to Work, DBS checks and reference checks 📍Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular metrics reports 📍Support HR strategic projects and ad-hoc staff activities/events as needed

Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍5+ years of proven records in recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced industry 📍Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with a knack to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders 📍Strong organizational skills, with keen eye for details and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. 📍Experience working with niche roles across international markets is an advantage. High-energy and passion 📍Proficient in ATS and HR softwarers
