Job Summary
My client is an NFT and Token project which offers users the chance to participate, collaborate and own their share of the new urban art economy. They are looking for a remote Social Media Manager who will oversee the workflow and content strategy of the social media team to increase brand awareness, yield greater marketing turnover and expand their social media network across a range of social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage all social media planning, activation, and implementation across both paid and non-paid social activity. Protect and enhance the brand reputation via multiple social media platforms. Recruit and develop team members to help meet departmental objectives. Propose, analyse, and deliver social media campaigns, initiatives, advertisements, and promotions. Understand and expound impact of change processes. Ensure gold standards of customer service during customer interaction. Provide support, direction, and guidance to ensure team members achieve personal work objectives. Routine reporting to the CMO on the progress of projects. Creation of interactive social challenges to keep the community engaged with content. Collaborations with external agency teams to produce content for digital PR and marketing campaigns. Optimisation in existing web content with a focus on driving traffic to the website from search results. Requirements: Proven +3 years working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. Experience with Facebook ads and other social ads paid platform marketing mediums. Adept in managing social media platforms, developing content schedules, copywriting, and working with graphic design team. Experience in launching community initiatives. Effective communication and motivation skills. Informed decision-making Ability to set and work with shortterm, medium-term, and long-term targets. Excellent attention to detail and fluency of both verbal and writter English. Proficiency in assessing and reviewing team performance to implement change where necessary. Expertise in Canva and Later (or similar content scheduling tools). Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Proven experience of managing social media campaigns and longerterm strategies. Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organisational skills.
