Job Summary
Your Role:
đź“ŤDesign, launch, and optimize marketing automation journeys across email, push, and in-app. đź“ŤOwn audience segmentation, define criteria and ensure messages reach the right audience. đź“ŤOwn automations planning, setup, and optimization to deliver measurable results. đź“ŤCollaborate with Product, BI, and CRM teams to ensure automations are properly set up, meet requirements, and are continuously improved. đź“ŤMonitor and analyze campaign results, identify gaps, and optimize flows to improve performance.
What We Look For:
đź“Ť3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on retention marketing. đź“ŤHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). đź“ŤStrong analytical skills, using data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. đź“ŤA practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
