Responsibilities

📍 Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organisation's marketing and business objectives through different social media platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram…). 📍Brand Identity: staying on top of the latest trends to engage our communities with a well-defined brand tone — helping the brand build a strong and distinctive identity. 📍Content Planning and collaboration: Connect with the marketing and/or product teams to anticipate and effectively highlight the initiatives being undertaken. 📍Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment). 📍Social Media Specialist Management: Oversee social media specialists, including community managers/freelancers/content creators, to ensure strategy execution

Requirements

📍4+ years in a Social Media Management role for a consumer-facing app 📍Strong interest in sports and sport fandom 📍Strong interest in spotting and analyzing the latest social and digital trends 📍Strong creative sensibility with the capacity to generate innovative ideas. 📍Proficiency in design editing tools, such as Figma 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 📍Strong communication skills; experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional teams
