What You’ll Be Doing

📍Ideate, oversee and execute social storytelling on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok. 📍Work with influencers to create socially charged community programs, video content and memes. 📍Generate interesting influencer briefs and prompts. 📍Grow and galvanize a community of crypto and OKX evangelists. 📍Continuously explore new trends to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative social content. 📍Generate strategic framework and copy for brand and product campaigns that bring home our brand's unique tone of voice and distinctive style. 📍Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, align distribution requests and complete tasks. 📍Create SOPs for effective cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts and motivate the team to bring their most creative self to work everyday.

What We Look For In You

📍10+ years of experience in social media and/or brand marketing 📍Previous experience in crypto or web3 and/or deep understanding of its culture and ecosystem 📍Previous experience creating for social media channels X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord 📍Social capital and experience with top creators and influencers in Europe 📍You love and live memes - from classic memes to irl trends, you know whats going on in popular culture 📍You get your dopamine from creative taglines and social first storytelling 📍You have framework thinking and an owner mentality 📍Strong project management skills
