Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDrive the full-cycle business (and sometimes technical) recruitment process within the organization; including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates šBuild close relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand Stellar Development Foundationās hiring needs šBe a great candidate advocate while maintaining a high degree of integrity and professionalism throughout the interview process šActively strive to increase diversity in hiring through networking, building relationships with diversity organizations in tech, and creatively sourcing šAdvise on interviewing best practices and find ways to consistently improve our hiring practices šMaintain a high level of data integrity while managing our recruiting pipeline activity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and track, analyze, and report data related to the interview and hiring process to leadership on a recurring basis šContribute to and evangelize the overall hiring, interviewing, and recruiting strategy at SDF
Qualifications:
šYou have 5+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter across a variety of roles, including working on hard-to-fill business positions šYou are passionately committed to equitable hiring practices, building diverse teams, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience šYou are highly organized and comfortable recruiting for up to ten roles at any given time šYou pride yourself on finding ways to improve offer acceptance rates, lower time to fill and time to hire metrics, and being well calibrated with your hiring managers šYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you strike the right balance of professionalism and friendliness when working with candidates šYou are an expert relationship builder and are comfortable working with people across all levels of the organization šYou are a skilled sourcer and know how to effectively use tools such as Gem, Linkedin Recruiter, etc. to identify and connect with passive talent šYou have a data driven mindset, internal motivation to produce great results, and you consistently find ways to improve šYou have a sense of humor, a positive attitude, and tolerance for ambiguity
