What you’ll do

📍Visual and interaction design. You’ll create visually stunning and highly interactive designs that resonate with our users. Your work should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craft. 📍Lead design end-to-end. You’ll partner with cross-functional leads and take charge of design initiatives, crafting innovative solutions from scratch that meet both user needs and business goals. 📍Conduct user research. You’ll perform detailed user research to inform design decisions and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of our product. 📍Prototype and test. You’ll create prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback. 📍Establish design guidelines. You’ll develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure product consistency across all platforms.

What we’re looking for

📍8+ years of experience in product design 📍Strong portfolio of design projects, ideally with consumer-facing applications 📍Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) 📍Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) 📍Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 📍An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring an idea or vision to life. 📍A passion for the blockchain, decentralized finance, & freedom of speech. 📍(Plus) Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in the fintech or blockchain space 📍Understanding of financial markets, trading, and DeFi is a nice to have. Willingness to learn about them is a must.
