Job Summary

Key Responsibilities and Scope:

šŸ“Provide support for the Sales team with a focus on US institutional markets šŸ“You will work in an international and multicultural environment, where you will contribute to AUM growth and expansion of our institutional client universe šŸ“Your focus is to support US growth initiatives, with a focus on outbound acquisition strategies and sales planning šŸ“Populate and maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM system and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience šŸ“Conduct desk research and competitive analysis šŸ“Collaborate with Marketing, Research, Capital Markets, Product, and šŸ“Portfolio Management team and assist in preparing sales collateral and client materials šŸ“Monitor incoming client queries via the team inbox/CRM šŸ“Participate in research training sessions focused on ETF markets and digital assets šŸ“Provide back-up for other country teams and contribute to the team ethos across the firm

The Ideal Candidate is:

šŸ“1 to 3 years of industry experience šŸ“Holds the following valid licenses: Series 7 + Series 63 or 66 šŸ“Bachelorā€™s Degree in Finance or Business Administration šŸ“Passionate and client-centric, with a desire to contribute to growing an extraordinary business at the forefront in the digital assets space šŸ“Driven and motivated to contribute to building an extraordinary business šŸ“Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills šŸ“Strong organizational skills with the ability to think outside the box šŸ“Interest and experience in crypto, as well as ETPs, traditional finance šŸ“Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with various groups within the organization
