Job Summary
Key Responsibilities and Scope:
šProvide support for the Sales team with a focus on US institutional markets šYou will work in an international and multicultural environment, where you will contribute to AUM growth and expansion of our institutional client universe šYour focus is to support US growth initiatives, with a focus on outbound acquisition strategies and sales planning šPopulate and maintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM system and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience šConduct desk research and competitive analysis šCollaborate with Marketing, Research, Capital Markets, Product, and šPortfolio Management team and assist in preparing sales collateral and client materials šMonitor incoming client queries via the team inbox/CRM šParticipate in research training sessions focused on ETF markets and digital assets šProvide back-up for other country teams and contribute to the team ethos across the firm
The Ideal Candidate is:
š1 to 3 years of industry experience šHolds the following valid licenses: Series 7 + Series 63 or 66 šBachelorās Degree in Finance or Business Administration šPassionate and client-centric, with a desire to contribute to growing an extraordinary business at the forefront in the digital assets space šDriven and motivated to contribute to building an extraordinary business šClient-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills šStrong organizational skills with the ability to think outside the box šInterest and experience in crypto, as well as ETPs, traditional finance šAbility to work independently as well as part of a team and navigate/coordinate with various groups within the organization
