Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šPerformance reporting: šCapture the data from existing systems and, in a streamlined way, populate existing performance review templates šBe able to quickly add, adjust, delete šProvide multiple lenses on the data, including create new cuts that allow for rapid understanding of relevant questions šOn an as needed basis, pull up specific cuts of data for one-off questions šBe able to pull necessary data and reports from
Salesforce and SigmaQualifications:
šBachelor's degree šAbility to think in a structured way šAbility to dive into data and glean insights šDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality šAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment šAbility to influence and nudge without authority, in order to get answers and / or drive projects to completion šA proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals šAny type of Salesforce experience is a plus
