Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Performance reporting: 📍Capture the data from existing systems and, in a streamlined way, populate existing performance review templates 📍Be able to quickly add, adjust, delete 📍Provide multiple lenses on the data, including create new cuts that allow for rapid understanding of relevant questions 📍On an as needed basis, pull up specific cuts of data for one-off questions 📍Be able to pull necessary data and reports from

Salesforce and SigmaQualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree 📍Ability to think in a structured way 📍Ability to dive into data and glean insights 📍Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality 📍Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment 📍Ability to influence and nudge without authority, in order to get answers and / or drive projects to completion 📍A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals 📍Any type of Salesforce experience is a plus
