Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and supplemental benefits đź“ŤLead annual benefits events (e.g., annual open enrollment, 401(k) audits, vendor transitions), including communications strategy, testing, and implementation đź“ŤPartner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits enrollment, issue resolution, and effective communication. đź“ŤServe as the first point of contact for benefits-related questions, providing guidance on eligibility, coverage, and facilitating the initiation and approval of life events in Workday đź“ŤReview and manage leave requests in coordination with our leave administration vendor, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records in Workday.
Qualifications and Skills
đź“Ť7-10 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including significant exposure to benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes. đź“ŤDemonstrated success owning benefit projects and compliance events (e.g., open enrollment, 401k audits). đź“ŤFamiliarity with HR policies and labor law fundamentals, especially in support functions. đź“ŤWorkday experience required.
