Key Responsibilities

📍Lead and manage end-to-end CDD engagements in the healthcare sector, including digital health and medical devices, for private equity and corporate clients. 📍Conduct in-depth market and competitor assessments, customer analysis, growth forecasts, and commercial risk evaluations. 📍Collaborate with clients to understand investment hypotheses and test them through qualitative and quantitative research. 📍Drive the development of clear, insightful, and actionable reports and presentations that support M&A decision-making. 📍Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, regulatory dynamics, and operational benchmarks within the healthcare industry. 📍Manage and mentor project teams; ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. 📍Support senior leadership in business development, including proposal development, pitch presentations, and scoping discussions. 📍Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations across the healthcare ecosystem including payer-provider dynamics, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health platforms. 📍Engage directly with senior stakeholders (internal and client-side) to present findings, defend conclusions, and provide strategic input during the deal process.

Required Skills & Experience

📍9–16 years of relevant experience, with at least 4–5 years in Commercial Due Diligence or M&A-focused consulting roles in healthcare. 📍Strong background in healthcare consulting or strategy roles within medtech, pharma, digital health, or healthcare services. 📍Proven experience in leading or delivering CDD projects for private equity or M&A transactions. 📍Excellent understanding of commercial and operational dynamics across the healthcare value chain.
