Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Partner Operations and Support
📍Cultivate and deepen partner relationships, individually and with team collaboration.
📍Ensure partner satisfaction by identifying needs, offering value-added feedback, and delivering exceptional service.
📍Serve as the primary contact for high-priority partner requests and initiatives, ensuring adherence to service-level expectations.
📍Proactively communicate relationship and project updates to internal stakeholders and document interactions for alignment.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline 📍5+ years of client service, project management, or fund operations experience at a fund or financial services firm 📍Experience in alternative investments required 📍Strong understanding and experience with administrators, TA's, custodians 📍Solid understanding of systems integration in the financial services ecosystem
