Job Summary
Responsibilities
šManage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. šUtilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, tech events, and direct outreach to build a diverse candidate pipeline. šConduct detailed screenings and interviews to evaluate candidatesā technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Dora Team's mission. šPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. šEnhance Dora Team's employer brand through social media campaigns, tech community engagements, and partnerships with educational institutions. šStay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment, specifically within the Web3, blockchain, frontier tech, and quantum sectors. šEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. šBuild and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the management team.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree is required. šMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting. Experience in hiring for the Web3, blockchain, or technology sectors is a plus. šProficiency in sourcing tools and techniques. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šKnowledge of employment laws and regulations.
