Job Summary
You will be:
šServing as a trusted partner to all ecosystem teams, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support šProactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging with highly skilled engineering talent by leveraging diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Referrals, X/Twitter, etc.) šBuilding and managing a talent pipeline for smart contract engineers, Rust engineers, back end engineers, and more šAdvising ecosystem teams on hiring best practices (i.e. creating interview processes, choosing an ATS, and setting a compensation strategy) šPromoting the Solana ecosystem as a top destination for innovative engineers, highlighting our mission, values, and growth opportunities šEnsuring a positive experience for all candidates, fostering lasting relationships with talented individuals šA self-starter, who is ready to hustle
You ideally have:
šAt least 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sectors. šStrong knowledge of engineering principles, tech stacks (i.e. Rust, Anchor, SVM), and blockchain fundamentals. šAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. šProven ability to source talent through creative and non-traditional methods. šExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. šExperience developing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of hiring. šDemonstration of strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
