Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Build, maintain, and develop relationships with new and existing partners to drive mutual value and business outcomes. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives. 📍Collaborate with partners to develop joint roll out strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. 📍Identify opportunities for co-marketing, product integration, and joint revenue generation across all product segments 📍Track and evaluate partner performance against agreed KPIs and metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. 📍Provide regular reporting on partnership results to internal stakeholders. 📍Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. 📍Act as the advocate for partner needs and feedback within the organization. 📍Lead negotiations with prospective and existing partners, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes for both parties. 📍Manage and renew partner agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
Must-Haves 📍3–5 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development, with a strong track record of managing and growing partner relationships. 📍Deep knowledge of the Crypto ecosystem and its key players, trends, and market dynamics. 📍Based in New York and able to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
