Job Summary
What you will do:
šOwn end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across our 3 hubs in North America (engineering, product, operations, marketing, and more). š Assist in people ops programs like performance management, compensation analysis, benefits, and team morale / off-sites. šPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring goals. šSource and engage top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies. šOptimize and scale our hiring process by building recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, and improving candidate experience. šServe as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intel. šChampion ether.fiās values and employer brand in every candidate interaction. šTrack and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel efficiency and quality of hires.
What we are looking for:
š5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or crypto/Web3 environments. šProven success in hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (GTM, operations, leadership) roles. šDeep understanding of sourcing strategies and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar), and other sourcing platforms. šStrong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, influence decisions, and act as a talent advisor. šTrack record of building or refining scalable recruiting processes.
