You may be a fit for this role if you have:
šExperience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related role, ideally for Engineering, Product, or Design roles, or adjacent experience with strong overlap in core skills. šAbility to manage scheduling while occasionally supporting team coordination needs, ensuring seamless interview experiences across time zones. šStrong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences. šAn attention to detail that ensures candidates have a positive experience, even in high-volume hiring environments. šA proactive mindset and a willingness to experiment with new sourcing techniques. šA solid grasp of creative sourcing strategies and professional networking platforms.
