Responsibilities
šDrive user growth and market expansion for Binance in Japan by developing and executing tailored marketing strategies šLeverage a wide range of advertising channels and social media platforms to increase Binance brand awareness in the Japanese market, ensuring optimal return on investment šLead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy development and briefing to execution and performance measurement šBrainstorm, plan, and implement both online and offline events to boost user engagement and brand presence
Requirements
šProven experience in marketing management with strong ownership and high emotional intelligence šPassionate about working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment šMinimum 3 years of marketing and user growth experience focused on the Japanese market; advertising management experience is a plus šGood understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and trends, with a genuine interest in crypto culture šFlexible and able to work extended hours to keep pace with the dynamic crypto community šProficient in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills šStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
