Job Description:

📍We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow our user base through influencer partnership success management, referral programs, and general digital marketing execution. You’ll be on the frontlines of crypto culture building relationships with top creators, launching experimental referral campaigns, and getting your hands dirty across growth channels. 📍Manage a referral program that drives user acquisition and incentivizes viral growth. 📍Lead partner success for influencer and creator marketing and ensure a high level of performance 📍Create A/B tests and optimize for maximum K-factor 📍Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to produce native, authentic, high-performing content. 📍Stay on top of the latest platform changes, content trends, and algorithm shifts to ensure we’re always ahead of the competition. 📍Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and internal dashboards to optimize CAC and LTV. 📍Help build automation and reporting workflows to scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t. 📍Track, report, and iterate on user acquisition funnels across organic and paid campaigns. 📍Work closely with the Step product and analytics teams to ensure post-click conversion tracking is precise and aligned with our growth goals.

You are:

📍Willing and interested in rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done even if it’s not listed in your job description. 📍A crypto native marketer who lives on Twitter/Telegram/YouTube and instinctively knows how to go viral. 📍Hands-on and unafraid to get into the weeds, you want to do the work, not just delegate it. 📍Equal parts creative and analytical. You’re always testing new messaging and visuals, but know it’s the numbers that decide the winner. 📍Deeply curious about Solana and crypto. You follow onchain trends, meme culture, and preferably are a degen yourself.
