šDevelop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging AI and Web 3 technologies to reach target audiences effectively. šBrand Building: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning, crafting compelling narratives that highlight our unique value proposition in the market. šContent Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership. šDigital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to generate leads and conversions. šCommunity Engagement: Foster an active and vibrant community around our products and services, engaging with users, partners, and industry stakeholders through forums, events, and online communities. šMarket Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation, informing product development and marketing strategies. šAnalytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. š5+ years of marketing experience in web3, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. šDeep understanding of AI, Web 3 technologies, and their applications in business and retail contexts. šStrong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. šExcellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages. šCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
