Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. Currently, there are 400+ of us and we are constantly growing. Now in 2024 we have development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, Armenia and Poland. Job Summary
Requirements
📍Proven experience in client delivery and/or product ownership. 📍Strong background in agile delivery methodologies. 📍Experience with product management and customer journey design. 📍Solid understanding of modern technology and industry trends. 📍Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. 📍Strong influencing abilities and a mindset open to challenging the status quo. 📍Experience working with complex client delivery pipelines. 📍High level of initiative and patience to support clients through large-scale transformations. 📍Excellent time management skills and a results-driven attitude. 📍Fluent in English.
Will be a plus
📍Knowledge of finance processes (invoicing, payments, dunning) and/or the energy industry. 📍Consulting experience.
Responsibilities
📍Own and manage client relationships, especially with product and business stakeholders. 📍Serve as the first escalation point for financial domain issues (invoicing, payments, debt). 📍Act as a knowledge base on client platform and delivery practices. 📍Triaging and translating client needs into internal priorities. 📍Support engineering teams with delivery of features and improvements. 📍Promote agile, iterative development with a strong customer-first mindset. 📍Challenge traditional thinking and guide clients through transformation
