Job Summary
Core responsibilities
Strategy & function expertise
šParticipate in seasonal marketing planning and process. Work with team on providing function inputs & developing function for the season he/she is in charge of šSupport your team to constantly maintain, revisit & upgrade the vision, strategy and playbook for GC Nike social marketing, focusing on key GC social platforms šWork with social team to develop, set and deploy social strategy & playbook for GC marketing campaigns and stories, including, but not limited to seasonal must win brand campaigns, foundational support stories and 365 product marketing, based on great understanding of brief from respective brand management teams šSmartly setup and accomplish long-term function and short-term campaign KPIs šLead the function pitch back from planning to execution - including platform consumer insight/strategy, concrete ideation & tactics, budget planning and management
Platform innovation & Insights
šDevelop a deep understanding and knowledge of GC social platform insights and trends šCultivate and share platform insights, trends and case studies across overall GC marketing organization šEstablish professional networks from external industrial experts to foresee future platform development directions

Qualifications
Required:
šBachelor's degree or above in marketing or a business-related discipline Minimum 6-8 years brand marketing related experience Strong verbal and literal communication skill and willingness Have the initiative and creativity to provide solution Deep knowledge of the local market, industry, especially local social platforms mechanism and trends šFluent written and spoken English
Preferred:
šExperience working in/for sports industry or digital/social platforms Experience on agency or vendor management Experience working in matrixed, complex organization šExperience delivering English/Chinese presentations to large audiences.
