Job Summary
Responsibilities
šWe are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale Nobleās product and brand strategy. This is a solo marketing role to start, so weāre looking for someone creative,execution oriented and ready to be nimble and innovative. Youāll work closely with Product, Business Development, and Design to tell Nobleās story, 10x our user base in the coming year, and build momentum around the novel stablecoin products we are building. Youāll be responsible for championing Nobleās suite of stablecoin and DeFi products and will shape the voice of our brand alongside the Executive team. You should be comfortable using cutting edge tools (i.e. LLMs, advanced analytics tools, etc) to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, scale strategies, and generate new marketing assets in order to meet our audience where they are, quickly and effectively . šProduct Marketing šExecute launch strategies for major product rollouts including Nobleās upcoming AppLayer launch šMaintain and accelerate momentum for ongoing product campaigns related to Noble Dollar šCollaborate with product and design to define key targeted audiences and develop content tailored to developers, asset issuers and end users šLeverage Grafana, Hotjar and other advanced analytics tools, build dashboards and bots that track adoption metrics šConduct regular syncs with Product, BD, and the Executive team to align on product direction and campaign priorities Communications, Social & Brand Strategy šDefine and evolve Nobleās brand presence and voice across Twitter/X, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram, and future digital channels alongside CEO šUse AI-native tools to move fast and stay fresh across different formats without sacrificing quality šLead thought leadership campaigns to shape the conversation around stablecoins and Nobleās positioning across traditional mainstream outlets (i.e. broadcast media, press/news media, blogs, etc) šCollaborate with partners in co-marketing opportunities Work closely with Head of Design on brand strategy and brand continuity
Requirements
šProven experience in building comprehensive marketing strategies within the Web3, broader blockchain space or FinTech. You have seen these strategies to completion from idea to execution and have had ownership on the success of these strategies šFamiliar with AI tools for content, design, video generation šComfortable working solo, wearing many hats, and pivoting quickly in a startup environment šIn-depth understanding of blockchains and the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape including, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences šExperience working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
