Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šStandardize and document CS playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and lifecycle processes. šOptimize segmentation strategies and engagement models for different customer tiers. šDevelop and maintain reporting on key customer metricsāincluding health scores, adoption trends, and renewal forecastsāto support strategic decision-making. šDrive improvements to QBR cadences, success planning, and risk management workflows. šOwn the systems and processes that power the CS teamās execution, reducing friction and increasing scalability. šBuild alignment and drive initiatives forward across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Product teams. šImplement and manage a customer success platform (CSP) to enable scalable operations.
