Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. 📍Providing timely and accurate information about our platform, services, and market trends. 📍Troubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction. 📍Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. 📍Developing and delivering educational materials to help clients understand our platform features and best practices. 📍Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
About you:
📍Proven experience in a client success or customer support role in the crypto industry for at least 2 years. 📍Experience with handling tech-related requests (for example, previous experience with API trading, checking backlogs, etc.). 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
