Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šAdministrative Support & Workflow Optimization: šProvide dedicated administrative assistance to the legal and finance teams, facilitating workflows from contract provisioning to report preparation. This role will be central to refining and enhancing legal and finance-related projects šRecord-Keeping and Project Management: šProvide comprehensive and meticulous record keeping and workflow support for both legal and finance teams, ensuring deadlines are met and preventing tasks from falling through the cracks šCompliance Function Support: Assist in fulfilling the team's compliance-related work, such as document preparation for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures šProtocol Management: Regularly review, update, and maintain internal legal and compliance protocols and procedures to ensure up-to-date practices šRole-specific Support: Provide personalized, administrative and organizational support to other team members, tailored to the unique needs of their responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
šBachelorās or Associateās degree š1+ years experience in an administrative or secretarial role šExperience at a law firm, tech company, or in-house legal department is a plus but not required šAbility to work in a Hybrid environment with onsite being in the NYC area
