Job Summary

Technical Skills:

šŸ“Has deep knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and training methodologies. šŸ“Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies; ensure content is up to date, well documented, and easily accessible to employees. šŸ“Build analytics and key metrics to track completion and measure the effectiveness of training programs. šŸ“Complexity and Impact of Work: šŸ“Collaborates with leaders and other stakeholders to understand company-wide developmental & compliance needs and create comprehensive learning strategies based on assessment. šŸ“Design, develop, and implement training initiatives, including (but not limited to) leadership development programs, technical skills training, onboarding training programs, etc. šŸ“Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and analysis; make improvements as needed. šŸ“Partner with People Partners, organizational leaders, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and provide solutions that enhance employee performance and career growth for specific organizational needs. šŸ“Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while maximizing impact. šŸ“Organizational Knowledge: šŸ“Design and deliver impactful learning programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development. šŸ“Collaborate with People Partners to identify high-potential employees and develop skills and succession plans. šŸ“Stay up to day about trends and best practices in learning and development; recommend innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience. šŸ“Communication and Influence: šŸ“Leads with empathy when interacting and communicating with members of the Village. Embodies and is a role model for our culture within the domains of One Team, One Village, Creative & Curious, and šŸ“Shared Consciousness. šŸ“Seamlessly contributes and adds value to cross-functional projects across the Village. Is able to work alongside members of the Village on a variety of projects. šŸ“Is an active collaborator within the People team and effectively communicates to drive shared consciousness across the different functions of the team. šŸ“Is able to influence members of the Village on the need to shift thoughts or change established processes. šŸ“Builds and maintains relationships with managers and Villagers to establish trust and consistency.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

šŸ“Experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role. šŸ“Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. šŸ“Experience designing and delivering a variety of training methods šŸ“Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies. šŸ“Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences. šŸ“Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
