📍Guide the creation and delivery of a “AAA” game world experience through its early access launch and beyond. 📍Manage Art, Design, Audio and UI teams to deliver a high quality experience. 📍Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company. 📍Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS

📍5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager. 📍Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products. 📍Experience with live team operations or software as a service. 📍Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment. 📍Must love games!
