Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLead Integration Strategy: Architect and implement integration solutions that align with the business's strategic objectives. Design integration frameworks that enhance system interoperability. šProject Management: Lead multiple integration projects from conception through deployment. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. šTechnical Leadership: šOversee the design, development, and maintenance of integration components like APIs, web services, and middleware. šEnsure adherence to best practices in coding, data security, and system integrity. šProvide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering an environment of learning and innovation. šCollaboration: šWork closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, data architects, business analysts, and external partners to gather requirements and develop solutions. šCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align integration efforts with broader business initiatives. šSystem Analysis: Analyze existing systems for integration opportunities, identifying areas for improvement or automation. šInnovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, standards, and practices in integration to keep the company at the forefront of technological capabilities. šQuality Assurance: šDevelop and enforce quality control procedures for integration projects. šConduct code reviews, participate in testing, and ensure that all integrations are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. šTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Qualifications:
šEducation: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. š7+ years in API integrations or a related discipline. šProven track record in leading integration projects with full lifecycle experience. šProficiency in integration technologies like Mulesoft, API Gateway, and ETL tools. šStrong experience with programming languages such as Node JS, Python, Golang, etcā¦. šFamiliarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
